Wore my very blue pilots watch today.

So! I'm a newbie to the Watch Collecting space, with a modest budget and currently three watches in my glass-topped box. I'm enjoying the proccess and the watches, and the chat and community here. I also like a decent bit of tech, and am considering buying an Apple Watch for its health-tracking utility. I'm a diehard iPhoner who's on a weight-loss journey, and am of an age where it behooves me to take more of an active participation in my health metrics. I'm unsure how I'd use a Smart Watch, given that I'm now newly enjoying wearing other watches on my wrist. I work in data, and know the delights and the utility of a robust and unblemished dataset and history... does that mean I'll have no space or inclination to wear anything other than my Smart Watch? Will I be double-wristing? Or will my new hobby dictate that I'm unable to get the most out of my new toy? I did a light Googling, and found a chunk of Reddit that have basically stopped collecting watches now that they've donned the wearable wrist computer. Is that common? Will that be me? So... Owners of Smart Watches, how does your Smart Watch fit into your rotation? Do your other watches play second fiddle to the tech piece? Or do your "dumb" watches take centre stage and dilute the usefulness of the collected datapoints? Enquiring minds want to know!

Seems like since the new configuration of the group has happened, it seems like there’s less of a need to reach higher levels. I’m still striving to hit level 9, but to be honest, it seems like there’s less overall interaction amongst the group and seemingly it’s mostly the same let’s say 30 members for sake of the post, that post with regularity. If you’ve noticed this trend as well, what are your thoughts, as I’m not a huge fan of seeing less and less interaction. Anyway, I’m proudly chugging along to Level 9, hope to make it sooner than later.
