Let’s build a strong, supportive, and goal-driven community together 💪 I’m excited to help you learn, grow, and LEVEL UP!
Hello, I live in TN. I have always had a high credit score in my 20s and early 30s then BOOM life happened. So I'm now trying to clean up my personal credit, my mom's (she's currently in court with Capital One trying to sue her) I had to find information on how to do things step by step. I filed an Answer, sent debt validation requesting items, they only sent statements, she's been to court 2x, when she says she doest agree, they reschedule her for a later date. It's just getting frustrating. So I want to know how to remove things and get paid in the process. Fun Fact about me: I just started a party favor business but really want to focus on business branding. I love to craft! I am so glad I found this community. Since I am sahm, EVERYONE depends on me to keep things aligned. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Thanks for providing a safe space for us.
Don’t Let These Attorneys Scare You 😤 Stand Your Ground!
🎥 In this video, I’m showing you a real example of what it looks like when a bank's attorney reaches out after a demand for arbitration has been filed — this one is with Merrick Bank on an Arizona case. The arbitrator has already been assigned, and everything is locked in. After a settlement conversation, the attorney followed up with an email, and I recorded this exchange so you can see exactly how these interactions go. 💼📩 This is a chance for you to learn how to stand firm, keep it professional, and not get shaken when attorneys try to negotiate or push back. This is all part of the process — and you’ll be ready for it. 💪🏾🧾

Hello Tamiya! I'm new here. This was amazing to hear and understand. You're very detailed. Quick question. Where do you come up with how much money you want to ask for? And when does the arbitration letter go out? Is it after a debt validation? Thanks
