The video reinforces the saying that actions speak louder than words. That is why in workplace training it is so important that targeted performance support be prioritized over providing a general overview of a topic to a broad audience consisting of people working in different roles and responsibilities. Overtime, people do need to understand how their actions fit into the big picture, but to get them off to a running start they need to have clear expectations for their behavior in specific situations.

@Aasim Kais Your writing is very clear and you made excellent points! The way we show that we’ve learned is a change in behavior. We don’t simply learn by osmosis. We have to apply new ideas and practice skills.I truly enjoyed reading your thought provoking response!
Lessons I’ve Learned from Renji Bijoy: Deep Insights for Building a Visionary Business
Entrepreneurship is a journey filled with highs, lows, and countless lessons. Along the way, I’ve found myself inspired by trailblazers who challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and create meaningful change. One of those individuals is Renji Bijoy, founder and CEO of Immersed, whose journey has been a masterclass in resilience, execution, and innovation. Here are the profound lessons I’ve taken from his story that continue to shape my own entrepreneurial path. šŸ. š„š±šžšœš®šš¢šØš§ š¢š¬ š„šÆšžš«š²šš”š¢š§š  Renji highlights that many startups fail not because they lack great ideas, but because they don’t execute on them. It’s easy to get caught up in perfectionism, analysis paralysis, or the fear of failing. However, the difference between successful companies and those that don’t make it is the relentless drive to take action. š™†š™šš™® š™š™–š™ š™šš™–š™¬š™–š™®: "š˜‹š˜°š˜Æā€™š˜µ š˜øš˜¢š˜Ŗš˜µ š˜§š˜°š˜³ š˜±š˜¦š˜³š˜§š˜¦š˜¤š˜µ š˜¤š˜°š˜Æš˜„š˜Ŗš˜µš˜Ŗš˜°š˜Æš˜“ š˜µš˜° š˜¢š˜¤š˜µ. š˜šš˜µš˜¢š˜³š˜µ š˜“š˜®š˜¢š˜š˜, š˜„š˜¦š˜š˜Ŗš˜·š˜¦š˜³ š˜·š˜¢š˜š˜¶š˜¦, š˜¢š˜Æš˜„ š˜Ŗš˜µš˜¦š˜³š˜¢š˜µš˜¦ š˜§š˜¢š˜“š˜µ. š˜š˜°š˜¤š˜¶š˜“ š˜°š˜Æ š˜®š˜°š˜·š˜Ŗš˜Æš˜Ø š˜§š˜°š˜³š˜øš˜¢š˜³š˜„ š˜„š˜¢š˜Ŗš˜š˜ŗ, š˜¦š˜·š˜¦š˜Æ š˜Ŗš˜§ š˜Ŗš˜µā€™š˜“ š˜«š˜¶š˜“š˜µ š˜°š˜Æš˜¦ š˜“š˜µš˜¦š˜±." In my journey, this means putting ideas into motion—even when they feel incomplete. Every launch, every version, every pivot is a step closer to refining the product or service into something extraordinary. šŸ. š’šØš„šÆšž š‘šžššš„ šš«šØš›š„šžš¦š¬ Immersed became a leader in the VR workspace market because Renji and his team deeply understood the pain points of remote workers. Instead of creating technology for the sake of innovation, they focused on addressing a specific and growing need: better virtual collaboration tools. š™†š™šš™® š™š™–š™ š™šš™–š™¬š™–š™®: "š˜›š˜©š˜¦ š˜£š˜¦š˜“š˜µ š˜£š˜¶š˜“š˜Ŗš˜Æš˜¦š˜“š˜“š˜¦š˜“ š˜„š˜°š˜Æā€™š˜µ š˜«š˜¶š˜“š˜µ š˜£š˜¶š˜Ŗš˜š˜„ š˜±š˜³š˜°š˜„š˜¶š˜¤š˜µš˜“ā€”š˜µš˜©š˜¦š˜ŗ š˜“š˜°š˜š˜·š˜¦ š˜¶š˜³š˜Øš˜¦š˜Æš˜µ š˜±š˜³š˜°š˜£š˜š˜¦š˜®š˜“." Thanks for sharing! Very inspirational! Love the focus on solving real problems for real people. We can’t solve problems in a vacuum. We have to understand the problem and the people that need the problem solved.
šŸ¦‰ How can staying humble help you learn?
In this video from Alex Hormozi, you will learn the importance of staying humble to enhance your learning process by openly admitting what you don’t know, asking for help, and valuing progress over pride.

To be humble means you are open to learn from others. Even when you choose to go to someone for advice that doesn’t mean there isn’t something that person can also learn from you. There’s a lesson to be learned in everything we do!
šŸ¤” Transform Conversations: Don't Give Advice
In this insightful video, the speaker illustrates how posing questions rather than giving advice empowers individuals to explore their own insights and solutions. This method promotes self-reflection, critical thinking, and ownership over decisions, ultimately leading to enhanced problem-solving skills and meaningful interactions. By nurturing dialogue rather than delivering unsolicited guidance, you encourage growth and deeper understanding in others. Please share your brief thoughts on this approach in 25 to 100 words in the comments. Don't forget to engage with your classmates—reply to two comments and like three others that resonate with your ideas!

@Alexi Drouin I agree with the speaker for the most part. The Socratic method has always been effective for promoting critical thinking. However, in the workplace, we have to be careful to distinguish unsolicited advice from constructive criticism. Many people are not fully aware of some of their weaknesses and truly appreciate someone caring enough to be specific about what they might do differently to get a more desired result.

@Boniface G- Michael I agree wholeheartedly! We need to be open to learning from people of all ages and backgrounds.
Group Name Update: Welcome to ā€œAccelerator Universityā€! šŸš€
Hey Everyone, On August 22, 2024, Sam Ovens, CEO of Skool, messaged me directly and told me that the Hormozi Team would like me to change the ā€œAcquisition Universityā€ group’s name and logo. I immediately updated the logo and renamed the group to ā€œHormozi Communityā€ for a few weeks, but I’ve now decided to rebrand our community to: ā€œAccelerator University.ā€ šŸš€ From the start, I’ve always said I would "gift" this group to Leila and Alex Hormozi. My intention is to support Acquisition.com’s mission. As Alex Hormozi teaches, I wanted to demonstrate my skills by actually building the group itself. But the results of curating and publishing over 800 videos of Leila and Alex Hormozi on the Skool platform, led to a rapid organic growth of this group to over 6.8k members in ~6 months. This further focused and motivated me to build one of the best free and public communities on Skool. I originally created this group to scratch my own itch and hopefully highlight my skills to maybe one day join Hormozi's Team. But my understanding is that I might have been ahead of the curve since they were not hiring a Director of Education at Acquisition.com at this time. Therefore, I just continued to build and optimize this free and public group to help the thousands of members joining everyday. My goal was always to build this group for Leila and Alex Hormozi, to promote their mission, attract more companies to attend the workshop in Las Vegas, and or promote Alex’s books. By organizing and curating Leila and Alex Hormozi’s content, my goal was to shorten the time-to-value and make it faster and easier to consume their overwhelming amount of content. I was hoping their team would see our group as a new asset for their brand portfolio to build even more goodwill with their followers. And since Alex has The Skool Games, I was also hoping this group could be Leila’s community on Skool to promote Acquisition.com. As Alex Hormozi has stated many times, education is the only true legacy, and I strongly believe that Acquisition University would truly advance their mission: "to make real business education available to everyone."

I love "Accelerator" as part of the name! We naturally learn, but we can certainly help accelerate the pace of learning by participating on platforms such as Skool and applying cooperative learning strategies such as those leveraged in this community. I'm curious as to how effective the gamification has been for encouraging more consistent engagement. For some reason, I've had difficulty accessing a webpage that lists the features offered by the platform. Does the Skool platform automatically provide data analytics related to frequency and type of interaction for community owners to use to iterate on their engagement strategy?
