Daily ‘Calm’ Practice
Quiet your mind, breathe and let go of words, worry and plans. WRITE IT OUT A diary is a useful tool for self-reflection and decompression. Writing down your experiences, thoughts and feelings can help you process your emotions, notice patterns in your thinking and clear out your mind. Your diary doesn’t have to look a certain way — it can be messy notes, bullet points, voice-to-text, or a few lines in your phone. I try to hand write daily for journaling. Sometimes I have tried voice recording-voice to text.
Isolation
Does anyone else seem to isolate when they are stressed, overwhelmed, or depressed? I just realized I was self-isolating.. even from this group, friends, etc. Any tips for recognizing it sooner, or gradually removing that from my coping skills toolbox since it is maladaptive?

That can happen to me, too. I try to get out of the house for abit every day, or every other day.

Hello gorgeous souls ❤️❤️ I hope your week is going well. Let me know what are you celebrating this week!! 🎉🎉🎉 On a personal note, looks like Thursdays are not my days for Aura Live 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ My fridge stopped working, I believe it was a long overnight process and even a spoiled milk in my coffee didn’t give it away 😂 I’m now spending my afternoon throwing everything from my fridge and the freezer and gathering half defrosted meat to cook it all 🤣 Considering that I have no where to store it. It will take 1-2 days for my landlord to replace the fridge so guys wish me luck 🍀😂 My win for this week…. I was totally cool about it. I didn’t get angry or frustrated… I was just like ‘it is what it is’ let’s focus on the things that I can control 💥 So, with this note I will be cancelling Aura live tonight to sort out and clean mouldy smelling fridge 😂😂 Still, let me know your wins for this week ‼️

Oh goodness. Life can be so goofy and uncooperative! I commend you for keeping your cool, and going with the flow. I am sure that you will handle it well, as you are wise and grounded!❤️✨💫❤️
Tonight Aura Live Cancelled
Hi All!!! Happy Thursday ❤️❤️ I have moved tonight’s Aura Live to Monday next week. I have injured my back and I can’t move my upper back and neck. Hopefully, I will get better over the weekend and we will be back on Monday ! ❤️
