It’s called the YouTube Truth Rebels Tribe. And here’s what it’s actually about… Building an aligned, 100% authentic to you, personal brand with YouTube that pays you for living your passion and sharing your voice with the world. We are focused on alignment over views, clients over fame. And we just hit 100 members and we've only been live publicly since April 27th, 2026. Super exciting! This is for you if: ✅ You want YouTube to bring you actual clients and income — not just views and subscribers ✅ You’re ready to build a channel that works for your business, not just your ego ✅ You’re serious about monetizing your message and turning your expertise into something people pay for ✅ You’re done doing this alone ♉You want access to Alexa every week in live calls and through comments 🔥 Ready to learn from other creators/guest speakers Inside the Tribe, you get access to live weekly calls with me, direct feedback on your content and channel, frameworks and resources I use with my private clients, and a community of people who are genuinely doing the work — focused on growth that actually moves the needle in your business. This is not a course you buy and forget. This is a tribe. A movement. Together we can make a positive impact on this world! https://www.skool.com/alexasaarenoja/about Xoxo — Alexa P.S. Happy birthday Alexa!
Hey Everyone - Could use your help!
So I made a bet with my Mentor (Harut) before I planned on doing this "little youtube series" :) and my time has become extremely limited because of it. Anyhoo...the bet was to have two podcasts scheduled this month. I have managed to do this (two scheduled) but there was one rule, which slipped my mind, the podcast has to have at least 10k subs. One of these interviews does not reach that criteria. So, if anyone is in need of a guest on their podcast and you have 10k+ subs...I would be happy to assist you. You never know until you ask. Here's me jumping! Thank you in advance. BTW: losing is not an option. :)

I am open to having you on. I have over 15k and I think my audience of other RV Inspectors like myself would have an interest to start a YouTube channel.

Chicken Whisperer
I think I have a new career on the horizon. I posted a new video early this morning and here is one of the comments I got.

That's an awesome comment Mike! "The Chicken Whisperer"
"Teaser" Intro and Custom Short Brand Clip
Hey all, newer 'tuber and trying out different things to see what works. I released a few videos with more curiosity/intrigue type hooks but I did one a while back where I essentially did a ~20 second intro with "teaser" clips from significant moments in the video and then a ~10 second brand clip. I'm curious y'alls opinions on how that would perform in terms of retention. My assumption is if my subs get used to this format they might skip it and then I can still go into a hook so almost best of both worlds but I don't know if my logic is quite right there. Would love any feedback on this vs just a pure visual/auditory/text based hook and then straight into the content. Also any other general feedback is obviously welcome. Thanks for your time looking.

The first thing I noticed is you need to be standing. There is something about the position you are in that shrinks you. Either have the camera centered on you or stand so you can speak and point to the white board.😊
