Who has a plan for the week?! 🎄
How are you preparing for the fun week ahead! I will be traveling + normal work load + normal lifting routine = CHAOS no matter how I prepare😮‍💨 BUT what will help me enjoy the time + keep me grounded is preparing my protein in advance! I have been on the same meal plan for several weeks now. I don’t plan on getting off of it anytime soon. So on a week like this, I like to keep everything as stable as possible. To include the same meals leading up to Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! I’ll be enjoying some food off plan but realistically, I love keeping everything the same. That’s what works for me! Let me know the comments below what you plan on doing! There’s no long answers here 🤩

Well I’m on a long stretch working over the holidays! With that is lots of food available! Have a good mindset and move!
Over the last year, I’ve noticed something..
It wasn’t lack of knowledge. It wasn’t lack of motivation. It wasn’t even lack of effort. It was inconsistency caused by negotiation. People weren’t failing because they didn’t know what to do.. they were failing because there was no clear line between execution and excuses. So I built something. I have spent sooo long getting data.. researching.. doing my own experiences. You don't need a new program or challenge. You need to build the structure and discipline to keep the promises you make yourself. I created something called The Daily 5. It’s a simple, non-negotiable framework designed for people who feel stuck in the loop of: - overthinking - restarting - “almost” days - emotional exceptions It exists to remove guesswork and force clarity. That’s it. If you’re currently inside Built With Intention challenge, this is not another requirement. It’s separate from the Power List. You do not need to add this to what you’re already doing. This is for the person who feels like: “I keep saying I want change… but my follow-through isn’t matching my words.” I’ve created a classroom for it inside the community so everything lives in one place. If you’re curious, you’re welcome to explore it. If not, that’s okay.. I’ll be talking more about it in the new year. Sometimes the thing that helps most isn’t more motivation.. it’s a system that removes the option to negotiate with yourself.
