Do we procrastinate because our survival isn’t at stake?
Do we procrastinate because our survival isn’t at stake? Maybe... you (we all) procrastinate because you don't feel like you're in real danger. But you are sacrificing something. Think of it this way: Your brain has a "survival mode" to protect you from threats. In the modern world, the biggest threats aren't physical—they're to your identity and beliefs. - If you identify as "bad at math," your brain will resist doing math homework to protect that identity. - If you see yourself as "not a morning person," your brain will fight waking up early. To stop procrastinating, you need to update your identity. How? Change your environment. (THIS COMMUNITY is a great place to meet like minded ones 🔴!!) 1. Go where you feel a little out of place. If you want to be a writer, go to a coffee shop and write. If you want to be fit, go to the gym. Your brain will start to adapt to fit in. /(other words) To be more productive, force yourself into physical and digital locations that make you feel like you don’t yet belong. 🔥 2. Follow people who are already who you want to be. Their habits and mindset will start to rub off on you. /(other words) Follow people with the goals you want to pursue, the beliefs that your future self could benefit from, and the knowledge that allows you to achieve clarity. 🔥 When you see yourself as "a person who takes action," working toward your goals starts to feel natural. You'll feel uncomfortable not making progress, and that feeling will push you forward. @Niki Weiss was sharing with me yesterday what she is sacrificing to make her dreams become a reality and it's probably a similar story for most... PLS Share below what are you willing to sacrifice or what have you to push forward???👇

Good advice. I have a story to share about this, but it will have to wait. I’m in the middle of working. Just wanted to pop in and say hello. I’ll be catching up with everybody soon.
🐺 The "Lone Wolf" Myth Is It Costing You Your Dreams?
I was listening to a interview about this woman who did a 21 day water fast and they discussed how we love the idea of the lone wolf .. you know... the SOLITARY HERO who needs no one. But the host watched a documentary about the lone wolfs and shared that: In nature, lone wolves struggle. They’re vulnerable. They often don’t survive. Human beings aren’t built much differently. "We tend to be more accountable to others than we are to ourselves." Think about it: - You'll cancel on yourself, but you won't cancel on your coach - You'll skip the gym alone, but you'll show up if someone's waiting - You'll put off work, unless you have to report to someone It's not a weakness, it's our design. We thrive in packs. We rise to expectations when others are counting on us. That moment when you have to send proof you did the work? That's the moment most breakthroughs happen. That's why accountability isn't JUST a nice-to-have... it's the secret weapon. The most successful people in our community aren't the ones with superhuman willpower. They're the ones smart enough to build systems where other people are expecting them to show up. READ THAT AGAIN... Your turn: WHO in your life is sitting there rooting for you, asking you about your progress and making sure you stay on the path? What's ONE thing you'd actually do this week if you knew someone was waiting for proof? Comment it below. 👇 Let's be the pack that helps each other survive AND thrive. #Accountability #MindsetShift #CommunityOverEverything

My business partner, Dushyant, we have to show up for each even in the midst of chaos.
Is My Environment Fueling My Success?
Yes to strategies, tools, and tactics... all day.. But what if our environment is the main thing holding us back? 🧠 Our brain normalizes whatever it’s exposed to consistently. That can be wealth, success, and abundance ... “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” – Jim Rohn It’s not just a quote it’s a warning. And a roadmap. 💥 When we surround ourself with ambition, and high-achievers, our brain adjusts. What felt “impossible” starts feeling normal. 👀 Look Around: - Are the people around chasing big goals or just getting by? - Do they challenge my thinking .. or validate my excuses? - Are they making power moves .. or still talking about someday? “When you surround yourself with people who are going places, you start moving too, even if you're not sure how yet.” – Afnan Khalifa 👇 Let's all try: 1. Audit our environment. Who am I around daily? What am I exposed to? 2. Get around high-level conversations DAILY. Whether that’s in this Skool group, events, masterminds, or even a high-end coffee shop, put yourself in the room. 📍Start Small, Think Big, more intentional choices: ✅ Work from that café where other founders hang out ✅ Join that premium mastermind, even if it stretches you ✅ Pay to be in the room, even if you're nervous ✅ Cut back on time with people who drain your ambition 📣 Your Turn: 🥇 What’s ONE intentional change you’ll make this week to get around high achievers? 👇 Drop it in the comments & let’s keep each other accountable.

The you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with, this is true. It's why these communities are so important, it fast tracks you to the people with ambitious goals, getting it done. In the past month, I've made 6 amazing connections. I do already have an amazing set of friends, but I've never connected with so many people so quickly at this caliber. I'm going to keep reaching out this week to add more and more people that I want to spend time with, people on a mission to make this world so much better.
Your Accountability Anchor: Show Up For Your Future Self
"Accountability is the glue that ties commitment to results." - Bob Proctor You have big goals. We all do. But in the daily grind, it's easy for that fire to fade. The secret to keeping it burning isn't more willpower... it's consistent, supportive accountability. This post is your community-wide accountability partner. 🟣 Week after week, this is where we show up for each other. 🟣 🫵 How It Works: 🟣 Every week,🟣 you can come here to: 1. Declare Your Weekly Charge: Post your 1-3 key commitments for the week. Be specific! (e.g., "I will write the sales page for my new offer by Friday"). 2. Report Back: Next week, share your wins and what you learned. 3. Support Your Tribe: Cheer on others, offer advice, and hold space for their journey. Want Live Accountability (on zoom)? Join a Pod! If you're ready for a more focused commitment, we are forming new Accountability Pods all the time. These are small groups that meet weekly for a powerful, 30-60 minutes session. 🫵 The format is simple and not scary at all: ☑️. Quick Check-In (30-60 sec each): A quick "I'm here" to get present. ☑️. Declare Your Commitments (2-3 min each): State your specific, time-bound actions for the week. (e.g., "Post 3 TikToks by Thursday"). ☑️. We Document It: Your commitments are recorded so we can all cheer you on. ☑️. Optional Support: Time for quick brainstorming or help if needed. The goal? Short, focused, and high-leverage. You come prepared, we support you, and you leave with clarity and commitment. 🟣 Your Move: - If you want to join a live Accountability Pod, DM me... - If you're using this pinned post for accountability (ALL WELCOMED), declare your #1 commitment for this week in the comments right now! Your future self is waiting. Let's show up for them, together. 🟣 (100 days left until we turn the page on 2025) 🟣

@Katherine Lawrence Better explanation of dev-on-tap. Maybe "one on one with your developer on zoom" ... I would make that clear what is. And I saw unlimited for 60 days, dev-on-tap. What does unlimited mean? it often doesn't mean what people think it means. Clearly define that. Do I get your personal help every day whenever I want it? for how long? 1 hour a day? Unlimited can get you in trouble with customer expectations. And in the pricing I see very specific amount of hours for dev-on-tap. That's why I would be concerned about "unlimited" 60 days. But if you are offering unlimited (how ever you define it) - make that also visible in the pricing section. That's an amazing 60 day offer, but I'm not catching that in the pricing section. I didn't have a lot of time to look it over thoroughly, but otherwise looks good. I like your offer and it identifies a real pain point.

@Katherine Lawrence And somewhere on there of course "Terms of Service" ... this company I've been looking at which has part of what I want to do is called www.getrecall.ai ... they advertise Unlimited YouTube transcription and summary. I knew it wasn't really unlimited. But I had to go inside the terms of service which was full of legal language that said things like what the average user would summarize, and bunch other language about their servers. So I emailed support. I have 1000s and 1000s of videos I want to transcribe and summarize. So what's the REAL limit. I was expecting like 300-400, nope, it's 80 LOL 80! ... she did say if I ran into this flag she would over ride it by contacting them. Their whole concept is to have a large library of videos and summaries that you can then use their AI to ask questions about it, whether one video, or your entire collection. I looked up the CEO of the company, and he was quoted as saying, "imagine having Lex Freedman's entire library of videos that you can then use AI to ask questions about it" (paraphrasing)... and I was like YES I can imagine LOL ... but according to tech support that's not possible -- how am I going to get all of Lex's videos onto your app if I can only do 80 a month? So I find their unlimited advertising deceptive (although legally they have their ass covered). My red flag goes up whenever I see "unlimited" or "Free". The real solution which I'm not going to tell them (although, they are smart people, they should already know this). Have modules that you can add, like the entire Lex Freedman video library or the entire Joe Rogan Library - Summarize it once, then make it available to everyone. That way you are not duplicating the AI processing time to individually ,for each user, summarize a video. Just do it once for all the big podcasters and save all the summaries that other users created in the app. Now this service becomes exponentially more useful. I don't know why they have not done this. It seems so obvious, so why are they not doing this.... I wonder.
feedback please?
I'm thinking about using something like this to reach out to a billion dollar game ip: Subject: Exciting Idea — ESO Cinematic Films for Players Hi Gina, I hope you’re doing well! My name’s Jason Smith and I run Fanfare Passion Projects, where I create cinematic machinima films inside ESO. Recently some players have asked if I could make custom films starring their characters — and I think it could be something really special for the ESO community. Imagine guildmates or long-time players getting to see their own characters brought to life in a cinematic short film — not just playing the game, but starring in a story set in Tamriel. I think it would be an incredible way to celebrate the fan base, give them a new way to connect with their characters, and highlight how deeply immersive ESO’s world already is. Done right, it could create buzz, spotlight ESO’s storytelling power, and generate the kind of community excitement that keeps people talking. Because it would have to involve charging a fee if I am to do a full blown production, I want to make sure I do this the right way with ZOS. No mods or asset extractions — just pure in-game footage, direction, and editing. With permission, I’d also love to share some of these films publicly as portfolio pieces, always with clear credit and disclaimers. Does ZOS have a process for granting permission or licensing something like this? If so, could you point me toward the right person or department? I’d love to keep this fully above board and hopefully turn it into something that makes the ESO community even more excited about the game. Thanks so much for your time and for everything you do to keep ESO’s community thriving! Best, Jason Smith Fanfare Passion Projects [Email] | [Website]

As I get the video AI up and running here at Peace Logic, I'll share how you can take frames from your game footage and create segments generated with AI that would not be possible otherwise.
