Thanks for Sharing!
Are you learning Data Pipelines for the first time? Share your experiences!
Hey everyone, happy Monday! Data Pipelines are a really useful (and powerful) tool, and used by many different personas in Fabric (from Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists and sometimes Power BI Developers), but they can be a little difficult to learn for the first time. I'm designing some course content and tutorials specifically for people learning Data Pipelines, and I want to hear your experiences. I would LOVE to hear your perspective on: 1. How has your experience been so far learning Data Pipelines? 2. What have you learnt so far? How have you approached your learning so far? 3. What did you struggle to understand so far? 4. What are you hoping to learn in the future (related to Data Pipelines)? THANKS SO MUCH for your engagement - it really helps to fine-tune future courses πŸ™ŒπŸ™‚

Using Fabric to Freelance
Hello community, any advice would be appreciated. As a freelancer looking to build a data infrastructure for businesses (doing the same services) I want to make use of Fabric. What Microsoft products would I need to subscribe to and or have licensing to? The end product would be for these different business users to only have access to their own data through PBI reports. Each business will pay for a PBI Pro license. I understand Fabric from an enterprise level where Azure and Microsoft 365 licenses has been setup for employees, so the administrator can just give access to groups or individuals and so on. But if one would like to start from zero and scale over time, where would you start?
A note on help with DP-600 Practice Questions
Hi all, it's great to see so many of you working through practice questions for the DP-600. I'd like to make a few general points though: - please don't just copy and paste questions and expect the community to give you an answer - this is not helpful for your learning, or for the community really. - instead, re-create the problem within Fabric, most questions are fairly easy and quick to replicate within Fabric, and you will understand the problem and the solution far better, - in a small number of cases where it is hard to replicate a question in your own environment, study the documentation on MS Learn or use other resources to find the answer to your problem, - if none of these avenues help you answer a question, then by all means share your problem with the community, detailing the steps you have already taken to solve the problem, and where are you stuck. Also, please do not post questions from exam dumps - these are against Microsoft Exam policy and against the spirit of the exam. Many thanks, and good luck in your preparation.

I am trying not to look at resources outside of what is acceptable and available. Still, today I was sitting in the doctor's waiting room scrolling through LinkedIn and someone passing the exam posted their certificate and a little thank you note referencing @Will Needham, Microsoft Learn and another resource which looked like questions from something an exam dumb will give. I read through 15 only and one question I have is, if that is how the exam will be, how come the exam prep questions Microsoft Learn gives us are so far off from the actual exam questions to help us prepare? I'm curious.

Thanks, Will. I try not to move away from the official documentation to prepare for the exam. Your message however did calm the nerves a bit and remove any doubt, thank you. 😁
