Which peptide has been the most confusing for you to understand?
As you've been exploring peptides, which one made you stop and say, “Wait… what does this actually do?” Share the peptide that initially threw you off—whether it was the mechanism, the dosing, the vial math, or the protocol. For me, I found Epitalon to be the most confusing around 4 years ago. When Russian data came in that challenged our understanding of dosing quantity.

Dihexa. The more read about it, the more confused I get and I think I might benefit from it. I've read it is mixed with vit e, mixed with DMSO, rubbed in the eye, sub q, and even 1 source indicated oral, but I've yet to find a source for oral. So to me at my beginner level I find Dihexa the most confusing.
Post-Anesthesia Mitochondrial Recovery
"I put my mom on 5mg daily for 5 days on, 2 days off because she was having hernia surgery. Anesthesia that can impair mitochondrial activity, and SS-31 can protect against this. She had incredible energy the day after surgery and a beautiful recovery (of course, BPC 157 was part of her pre and post surgery protocol, too!)" -reposted from @Meki Blackwell

I didn't realize Dihexa came in a tablet, very interesting.
GLP for Post-Addiction Healing
I have a client that has been using tirzeptatide for addiction healing. He currently has a food addiction but previously it was alcohol and before that it was opioids. Even micro-dosing tirzepatide has been really helpful as a cognitive support tool. He describes it as "clearing the mental fog of cravings" which has been allowing him to think more clearly.
