Dawn here from the greater Cleveland area. I have been in the group for a bit, but have not been active. My mother passed away in December 2025, and leading up to that, she had some challenges that kept me off most of my social accounts. I am a flight attendant, and while flying, I finished writing my book in January. It is about generational patterns and how I overcame difficulties using mindfulness techniques, yoga philosophy, and a growth mindset. I tell stories about being a mother, daughter, and life coach. I'm extremely excited about it and will self-publish.
