The market has shifted and I’m curious what everyone is seeing. For those of you holding open houses lately: 👉 What is actually working to bring buyers through the door? 👉 What strategies have completely stopped working? 👉 If you have a stale listing, what are you doing differently to drive traffic? Rent vs owning
Just pulled the stats in 5 areas I am focusing on now… rent avg on the high side are now the same as mortgage payments on the avg low side… now is the time to start using the rent vs buy. This may not work in all areas but it does work in 3 of the 5 areas I pulled this morning!!!

1) As one of the elder agents in this community my personal goal is to loose 65 lbs by end of the year started working out on 12/31 also do a comprehensive family tree and add more supplemental relatives to Sons of American Revolution 2) My business goal is to 2x what I accomplished last year and add 3 people to my down line in profit share 3) Become better at time management and better at agent referrals for the Conroe/Woodlands/Willis area 4) keep me accountable to my goals and be active on this community on what is working and what is not working in 2026
