Some things I’ve been testing or seeing lately:
• Mega Open Houses with multiple agents promoting• Neighborhood invites + door knocking before the event• Targeted Facebook/Instagram ads within a 5–10 mile radius• Broker previews before public open houses• Food / coffee / wine open houses to create an experience• Sunday vs Saturday timing tests• QR codes for disclosures & property details
But I’m always looking for new ideas that actually produce buyers — not just lookers.
