I just trained a GPT on @Jay Feldman's entire 2025 cold email masterclass. (I hope that's OK.) And so far, I'm pretty impressed with the results. It’s loaded with Lead Gen Jay’s full system per the masterclass, broken out into 10 core topics. It can do everything from write campaigns to coach you through problems or strategy. It helps you: • write tight 3–5 sentence cold email campaigns • critique your existing campaigns • write spintax • build full outbound systems • diagnose deliverability problems • create offers/RLMs that get replies • source + verify lists correctly • fix dying campaigns fast • scale without burning domains I'm sure this is no match for the Insiders program, but if anyone is just getting started, this should help you in landing your first client so you can upgrade. Just wanted to share, for group encouragement's sake, that I landed my first client from cold email last week. I booked a call, pitched a 3-tiered marketing automations solution, and landed a $9K deal. I am honestly surprised at this result! Needless to say, I just purchased 3X more email boxes and am "tripling" down on cold email. Ha! I'm also rewatching the cold email masterclass because I think I could do way better with my results. I've sent about 16,000 emails so far and tried three different angles in my campaigns. Funny enough, the first iteration is what got the deal.

Wow! What a ride. I started this AI Automation journey 28 days ago. I submitted a proposal for this client 2 weeks ago and just closed yesterday! After consuming the free 4-hour masterclass on cold email. I submitted a proposal on how to build out the best cold email machine to a client on Upwork! The client loved it and wanted to book a meeting with me. In the next two weeks, I had to spin up a proposal and retainer program and pitched him a whole bunch of ideas. He loved it all, so we added it to the proposal, getting it to $25k, but he didn’t want me to just build and leave but to have a retainer program. We couldn’t agree on the price. What I did was leverage my experience to position myself as more than a delivering tools but hiring an expert in the field. This is where real value is generated, as it’s hard to put a price on it. @Leadgenjay and @Jordan Wiseman These guys are what gave the confidence and skills to feel competent to deliver. Jay is by far the best content creator out there around cold email. Hands down.
