I have 130 sub accounts and need a solution to get usage and calls per sub account without having to go into each one to get data. Is there going to be an Agency Dashboard with those KPIs? This is crucial in order to manage all activity accross the board. Thanks you guys!

All our assistable accounts lost access to the Assistable Dashboard through the GHL custom menu link. Is there an ongoing issue? Not sure if this was an overnight thing but just wanted to bring you all up to speed on that. Also the helpcenter isnt bringing up the Chat to report issues etc. Anyway, hope that we can have this resolved soon. Thanks guys for the hard work you do daily!

Anyone else have an issue where phone numbers purchased through Assistable just stop working? I've had multiple occasions where we've built bots and after a week or two of not using the bot the number stops working like it's out of service. We continue to get billed for these numbers but the numbers just stop working. I did more digging and found 50 numbers with another client that was billed for 2 months and we had to buy all new numbers because every number said it was out of service. There is no logging to find out how or why these numbers are getting disconnected. Most recently, we had a bot that we were just testing on Friday (10/10) stop working this morning with a number that says it's no longer in service when called.
