Hello soul family. I just wanna ask, is anyone else experiencing remembering dreams? It's been over a week for me and I now remember ALL my dreams. Before it was sometimes, now not a day goes by were I wake up and I forget everything. I remember them ALL with great details. I've been journaling my dreams when I wake, I now have a long list of my dreams. Some feels like I astral travel to new worlds, some feels like the future, and I even had some that I believe is the past lives I have lived. I like to know if anyone else is experiencing this too.

It's my birthday tomorrow. Usually, I would struggle. I would shrink. I would hide. I've never really had a good birthday. When I was a child I didn't have good experiences, on my teens I didn't even see or speak to my family (its been a rough incarnation yo), and in my 20s I tried to drown it in anything I could get my hands on (thankfully I'm only talking about substances here). I never even got the point of birthdays. This is changing today though. Today I wrote a raw IG post about "How Glastonbury Tor ruined my birthday" from an experience I had 2 years ago, and it's been beautiful to feel so seen. (If you're curious, I'm @drakara_thread ) I'm not one to put myself out there online. It's something that usually makes me feel fg uncomfortable. But that made me realise how important my 30th birthday had been. Masssssive shifting from that day. I was already on my spiritual awakening, but that event really started the unfolding of destroying my life, my ego and everything I thought I had. It had to. I am so grateful!!!! ....so I say fck it. I'm going to a spa tomorrow, to celebrate, to embrace, and happy 32th birthday to me. (even if it sounds icky to even say) 💜 How was your last birthday? When is it?
