Anyone have any deals in NY for me to buy?

I recently bought a deal around 2 weeks ago, and I'm looking to buy MANY more! I'm a cash buyer for AL, TX, and FL, and I want to buy ALL your deals that fit my buy box! I structure to buy all deals with 2 PMLs on each deal, so the funding isn't the issue, it is not having enough deals! So if you bring me 5 deals that fit my buy box tomorrow, I'LL BUY ALL 5! WE CLOSED!!!!!! This wasn’t our first contract, but our third. We got the contract and assigned it in 2 days! Closing was dicey because of issues with the buyer, but it finally happened and we got a decent payday. I gotta admit, I’m hooked, hook line and sinker.
