Latest Suit OOTD
Figured I'd share today's outfit. It features the third of my custom suits, which I received a few weeks ago, and have been wearing frequently. It's undoubtedly my current favorite, and I'll definitely wear it for a long time. It was directly based on the 1930s illustration in the last image, so you'll definitely see where it's coming from. The hat and 1930s tie are both new (to me) as well, they arrived today in the mail. Good day to all!

I get the sentiment, but I'm not a fan of the AI slop. So many better creators and videos to use.
Why must grown men say “Fit”?
Seriously guys, I’d love to hear the rationalization why mature adults speak like my 15 year old, who’s idea of dressing up is a new Nike sweatshirt two sizes too big. 🤮 Is it so on trend to say Fit instead of “outfit” that it is now transcending generations? Clearly I missed that lecture in etiquette and style 101. Why dress like a gentleman but not speak like one? Please flame me here if you disagree with me. I can use the education. 🤣

Speak however you like, how you appear to others is in your own hands and mouth. I personally don't have a problem with such a small change, as slang and terms change so much through history. The word "OK" used to be looked down upon as of 1839, and yet now it's as standard as any word in the English language. Take from that what you will.
Gents it's official, I'm giving up on suits.
I designed my uniform to wear a tie. It's a small accessory to make the white shirt more "Alive". But even though I only wear striped ties, which aren't that formal in my opinion, I was always overdressed. So, what's the problem? First of all, it's rude, Being too well dressed. But the main reason is because, today, for the fourth time, I was asked if I had a different religion. They thought I was a Mormon, they recently arrived in my city and do, they are a new thing for us, so is kind funny...

It is not rude to be well-dressed, in my experience, pretty much everybody likes it. If somebody finds it rude, they are probably just jealous or insecure.
Outfit of January 15th
Haven't posted much in a hot minute, so I figured I'd post some photos of one of my latest outfits from a couple days ago. This is a new custom 3-piece suit from SouthworthTailoringCompany.com , a historical-clothing reproduction online brand. The tie is a new wool knit from Brooks Brothers, and the gloves are from BB Shirt/collar are from Darcy Clothing The pocket square and socks are from Celchuk Cufflinks are vintage, I think Swank Overcoat is a vintage Nordstrom coat Wide-brim pork pie hat is vintage I wore burgundy oxblood shoes, not shown here Good day y'all!

Love dressing sharp, inspired by films, Victorians, and comic book characters.
