Love the burgundy, especially the burgundy blazer, I have one like it. My second wool custom suit will be a burgundy flannel 3-piece suit, I'm excited! You'll like it I'd imagine.

Of course! That's why I look the part so often! Victorian suits and top hats, no exceptions!
Question: Why not have just one fragrance?
Hello everyone, welcome to my first post in this community. First of all, I am very grateful for the opportunity to be here and learn from all of you. I ask this because I've noticed that many of you have collections (impressive ones, by the way) of several bottles, so that's where my question comes in: why do you have several and not just one? Like, what is the motivation behind your colections? I hope to learn and read from you all. Thank you.

I can understand that it can be like clothing for different occasions, however, there is one caveat with that reasoning; not everybody has an expansive wardrobe. However, I would say that analogy still applies. Some people have dozens of different jackets, trousers, sweaters, ties, etc. for a million different outfit combinations, and that's totally fine! Fragrances can tie in just the same. However, as for me, and many other people, I am trying to cut down to no more than 5 suits for daily attire, and a few more for formal occasions, and cut out the rest of my clothes by selling or giving them away. For fragrances I am also limited, but happy, as I only own two fragrances, one is a warm, woody, sweet tone, that I wear in the autumn is winter, while the other is a light, lemon, citrusy tone, which I wear in the spring and summer. Sure, I may buy a couple more other fragrances at some point if I come across ones I really like, I won't mind a little bit of variety, but I'm also totally fine with just re-wearing the same few ones that really work for me, the same way as with my clothes. There's no shame in just having a few signature scents, it is not necessary to have different fragrances for every occasion during every season. Do what you want to, really.

Haven't done an OOTD in a hot minute, here's this one. Started layering up more, and it's finally cold enough that gloves are necessary to keep warm. Love how this kind of weather gives the opportunity to layer up so much more. Of course I understand the "Scroogey" vibes as well haha, I find pride in exemplifying that sort of appearance, I like it. Good day y'all.

Love dressing sharp, inspired by films, Victorians, and comic book characters.
