Here's my current collection. I might switch Autumn/Fall around. Spring: Creed - Green Irish Tweed Summer: Xerjoff Uden (the OG, not Overdose) Autumn/Fall: Dior Sauvage Elixir Winter: Xerjoff Naxos Year Round Dumb Reach: Mancera Cedrait Boise Intense Nights Out: Versace Eros Flame Date Night: Killian - Angel's Share Performance Booster: Scent Scientists - Molecule 01 I'm tempted to get Clive Christian 1872 Masculine for special occasions, but that's an investment that I can't afford to make right now. Any feedback would be gratefully received. Have a great day everyone!

@Raymond Reeves thank you, I thought so too. And really similar in price to the OG. I don't really know why anyone would buy the OG anymore
Sauvage elixir
Today is the first day of me wearing it. I sampled it in the store but basically bought off of reviews and first impressions. Put 4 sprays on this morning and I liked the up front spice (almost like Indian food), as the day has gone on I absolutely love the deep warm amber and wood notes. It feels like the perfect amount of amber to not overpower everything else. It’s been 6 hous and still has good projection. Solid 9/10 fragrance.

Beautiful scent, especially in cooler weather

Hear ye, hear ye. After a full turn of the calendar moon, the wandering reviewer hath returned. Sound the horns, gather the townsfolk, and prepare the parchment, for a fresh decree of opinions is upon us. Opens with a blend of clean, soapy, minty citruses. Different websites list different notes, but I mainly get lemon, bergamot, and spearmint. The soapiness comes from “hivernal”, which is described as ‘having a fresh, clean signature reminiscent of sun-dried laundry’. The mid notes also vary across sites, but to my nose it is a mix of herbal pine, geranium, and lavender. The dry down is a combination of vetiver, patchouli, sandalwood, musks, and ambroxan. I do not know why there are so many different note listings across websites, but it is what it is. I understand the comparison to Sprite, but to me it smells more like if Sprite made a soap. It is also very slightly reminiscent of the Y DNA. Performance is okay. It projects well for about two hours at roughly 1.5 feet, then slowly settles into a skin scent. After around 8.5 hours it still lingers faintly on skin. I wore it indoors, but it is supposedly a better performer in high heat, so that is where I will test it next. Initially, I did not like it very much. It felt like a fancy hotel soap. Slowly, though, it grew on me. This smells like you are not trying to smell good. It feels like an exquisite, fresh-out-of-the-shower scent. Supposedly the newer batches are not very strong, which would explain the performance. Overall, not a bad fragrance. However, I do not think it is worth the money, especially at this price-to-performance ratio. There are many good clean, soapy fragrances available nowadays at a better price. Would I recommend people try it? Yes. People should know there are levels even to simple clean, fresh fragrances. Would I buy it? I am not sure yet. Maybe it will get better with more wears, maybe not. After my first try, I would give it a solid 7.8/10. The score could rise, but for now it did not blow me away, and the performance did not impress me either. The above-average score is for the quality and ingredients. Next time, I will test it in the high heat that people recommend.

Gorgeous summer scent
Versace Pour Homme by Versace
Wearing a decant of this one today, it’s my first trying one of this Versace flankers. First off all my wife liked it, second I also enjoyed it, perfect for spring/summer hot and windy days, more for daytime. It opens with those citrus, fresh & aromatic notes giving it a good projection for the first 2 hours, the longevity I wish it was better but on clothes it lasted for 5-6 hours. It’s a safe fragrance for the office, gym, running errands, casual wear and more suited for tropical weather, when it’s hot and windy is where this fragrance does its job. Very versatile and IMO a signature scent worthy. Hope you have a great weekend Gents!

First of all, I'm sorry for your loss friend. But I would say this is one of those rare occasions where no fragrance at all is best. You don't want it associated with this sad event, and if you go for a powerhouse, it'll probably be poorly received. So I'd say no scent. I hope you are okay
