It is just your reality you are affecting If you wake up thinking today is gonna be a rough one...I guarantee you it certainly will be a rough one because you made the decision of how things are or better yet, how things are going to be for the next 10 minutes or the next 10 years! I invited @Adam Vester into this retirement club and this was his initial first response "Hey Mike Just joined but I don’t think I’m a perfect fit for your community. I haven’t really started to think about retirement yet. I feel like I’m too young for that😅" Now I don't know Adams age but his response is very typical for someone in their teens, 20's or 30's. Imagine for a minute you have this young man just starting out in pursuit of entrepreneurship surrounded by retirees with retirement accounts and everyone looking for things to invest in like new business startups, business expansions, software development Skool community buildouts. All of these things take money to make it happen, investment money that is available in our retirement accounts. I know I have money earmarked for my favorite investments, waiting for them to appear. Exactly 20 years ago to the minute- I kicked down the fence next door to me. My wife said a few expletives Why the f&## did you do that? I told her this is my new commute. I had bought the house next door to us to fix and flip and just quit my J.O.B. Just over broke. HA! Time flys!

Since I quit my day job and pursued multiple streams of income! Owning rentals, flipped some houses (not my thing), learned the note business, bought some non-performing notes and got them performing (this was and is my thing!), did some online training (also my thing), affiliate marketing (I need to do more of that). July 8th 2005 I walked out never to look back!
