Hey Fellow Community builders! I'm trying to get some clarity on my funnel and I'm hoping this will help other people with theirs. I'm an artist development coach - I help aspiring songwriters get off the fence and back in the game with their music. Many of these folks let music slip into the background but deeply want to reconnect with it again, so I help them with accountability, finishing and recording songs, and helping them connect to an audience. My main top-of-funnel activity is creating YouTube videos where I mention that I'm a coach, and encourage them to book a free 30-minute discovery call with me to see if we'd be a fit to work together. I'd also like to have a low-ticket Skool community as well for anyone who doesn't want to pay for higher-ticket 1-on-1 coaching but still wants to connect to a community. I've gone through the material in the Classroom here, but I haven't found anything specific that talks about the nuts and bolts of dialing in your funnel/process, particularly if you're a coach. Ideally, I want a really simple, clear game plan, from producing content, booking calls, and having a Skool community fallback for people who aren't ready to commit to 1-on-1 coaching. I'd love to hear from other people in the coaching (or related) field and how they are running and managing their funnels, and the kinds of results they're having. I just received the first $497 payment on my monthly mentoring program! Next customer will pay at least $997 a month, lol. The sequence was exactly as @Ted Carr taught. YouTube > 15 min discovery call > closing call BTW, my channel is growing nicely. It was sitting at 30 average views per month. I started posting daily videos on October 3. Today, I show 1700 trailing 28 day views. My Billionaire Mindset video got 462 views in the first 5 days. That’s my biggest video ever in 6 years of having a channel. I wanted to prove to myself that the free Contentpreneur program works before I join the paid community. It worked 😊

I’m launching a mastermind in a day or so and I’m needing to figure out how to accept payment virtually from potential members from around the world. I have 2 offers: a $99/month recurring thing or a 1-time payment of $225 for 12-weeks. What’s the best way to set up the receiving of payment? What do people use for this? I have a Stripe account and PayPal. Do I just create a couple of payment links and link to those from an email? 😅 Thanks in advance! Dave
