Here is my set up. I 3-D printed it. Not comparing just appreciating. :)

Contemplated Ansuz and Odin on a xc ski today. There’s a heaviness that accompanies this “Norse stuff,” and perhaps rightly so. There’s a totality to it, where it encompasses all things, which I appreciate. But, what I’ll just call the “heavier stuff” almost seems to be out front for me, which can be confronting. I’ve contended with it before and see the value. But, also curious if this is just me or if others have felt similarly. If the latter, how do you personally work with it productively might be a good question….🤔🙏🏼

@Aaron Hanson 1. It is not an escape or a distraction from the challenges of life, rather an opportunity to dive deeper, discomfort, and all. Some of the other mystical paths feel a little more rose colored in comparison. 2. I don’t think there’s any way to separate these things completely. There’s a timeless component to it as well. The present is the past and the past is the present. Perhaps it’s a bit more of a human nature challenge and the struggle between our dark instincts and our higher vibration. Both are true at the same time. And as hard as it is sometimes to accept, both are part of being alive.

Utilize your breath and Ansuz at any point to engage the field of all potential and create a clean slate for your awareness. Especially try this in public 😎
