I had a question from today’s exploration on Thor in the cosmology. Aaron mentioned Thor being born of the “sky god” Odin and Earth. Is there any sense that he is a product in the cosmology of what you spoke to a couple weeks back, with the Indo-European migration and the contest between “earth” centered groups and sky-centered groups? Thor perhaps bringing order to the ensuing chaos?

Sitting with the Valknut meditation last night, I heard the wisdom question “what if I didn’t *need* anything?” Thought that was interesting in relationship to the “abundance” creative energy of Fehu (and has some connections in my mind to the cyclical nature of past-present-future with the Norns weaving fate). It brought to mind the paradox of “need” creating lack and non-attachment bringing more abundance.

This week is weaving together powerfully! Below are some images of Valknut and the main archeological piece that is referred to about this symbol- The Stora Hammars Stone https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stora_Hammars_stones. Some things to guide you this week - 1. Try doing the Valknut Breath everyday. There's a video in the classroom page on week 5 that is 15 minutes long. The practice alone - Triangular Breathing in differents depths will serve your mental focus and nervous system stability. Adding the layers we did with the Norns and intension... is next level. 2. Try doing the Norns Ritual once this week. The instructions are pretty straight forward and you can add subtract whatever you like. It is POWERFUL! If you have any questions - reach out. Many of you are mega comfortable with creating and performing rituals but if your like, "How the F do I perform a ritual?" ASK ME! I would love to help you! 3. Maintain a relationship with Fehu in whatever way feels intuitive. Draw it on your rearview mirror with a sharpe. Stuff like that. Or meditate with it 2 hours a day. Or something in between. It's your call but I'm here with 1 million ideas. 4. Keep in your awareness the presence of Feminine Power encompassing all facets of this Norse Thread. Think of the Disir or your family line - the feminine spirit holding you, challenging you, and calling you forward. Freyja and Frigg and Frey will be spoken of next week but these energies are very present for us. Vanaheim - Earth instinctual knowledge. Whenever in doubt, question, or need of support - ASK! AND - it's always a good time to check in with your engagement with this immersion. Are you showing up for this in the way that will bring you the growth/transformation/insight/habits that you need and want? This week we opened a new rune, Fehu, and discovered more feminine wisdom and power that is foundational to Norse Myth and Mysticism. THIS WEEK: 1. Sit with Fehu every day - Even 2 minutes silently if need be. 2. Watch and Follow along with the Fehu Practice Video in the Classroom tab. 3. Journal/Ponder the questions below. What am I not seeing? -Asking this question with openness and curiousity allows for your connection with Fylgja to open even more. Ask it directly if you like! Wherever we've made our minds up that we have the information we need - we've put a block on new input. This opening to intuition and seeing offers a chance to connect to our feminine wisdom lineage through the Disir as well. They are here to support our lives, give them an opportunity to do so and see what develops. 2. Do I fully understand my value in the world? -Sometimes we don't have an accurate view on the power and impact we already bring into the world. Fehu reveals the inherent energy and power that sparks from within us and can be forged into great service and action. This is the association with Gold. It is bursting forth and expanding by nature.
