How to handle Influencer stays
We have 1 STR that we bought last year. Thanks to working with Ryan & team, we took all deductions!!! We are thinking more about operations/marketing this year. If we “hire” an Influencer to stay at our place for free in exchange for social posts, how do we deduct this? Thx

Just my experience but I have dealt with influencers before and I would strongly suggest you make sure they are positive in their references before hiring one. Some can be very picky / spoiled and don't always give the best reviews.

Level up
I am new here but I have gone through all Level 1 and Level 2 and then realized although I received all the info and trng the meter did not move from 0 once I got to level 3 and the system said I had not finished 1 and 2. Any idea on what I am doing wrong?
