Hello All. I have made an offer on my STR property today. I am looking for further guidance on how to list and promote my property. Is there any YouTube video that give step by step or broad overview of next steps. I need steps from closing the property to getting it listed on websites. Thank you

% value of structure and contents adding up for Cost segregation
Anyone has an idea that that what % of the building / structure and contents actually is added up in cost segregation study. For example if House is 1 million. Structure and contents are 700 K then what number will cost segregation give to submit for Bonus Depreciation ?
