How do you all deal with a really difficult city group? They are making me get a permit for everything, and they’re forcing me to use their licensed contractors which is next to impossible to find in a small city.

Hey community - I thought it might be cool for other park owners to learn from a mobile home dealer's perspective and maybe set up a "workshop" in Waco, Texas with Clayton Homes. Things like: - Walking the dealer's lot and learning what's "new" with 2025 homes - Benefits of buying new vs. used homes - How a mobile home dealer can sell into your park - Different incentive ideas Clayton Homes has a manufacturing facility in Waco. It would be cool to do a tour of the facility and see how the homes are made. I've done the tour and it's awesome. I could even get Vanderbilt to do something about creative ideas to finance homes in your park, etc. Please let me know if anyone would be interested. For now, this would be in Waco, Texas.
