I had a one-on-one with @Ryan Narus today, and I walked away with so much clarity and direction in my strategy. You cannot do any business alone, and I’m truly grateful to be surrounded by amazing people like Ryan and @Michael Pansolini . Thank you both for the value, guidance, and knowledge you share. City governments, handymen/contractors, tenants, local vendors - establishing great relationships with these folks can be absolutely vital to our success as MHP operators. However, at the end of the day, these people do not care as much (or at all) about you & your partner’s success, and the success of your community as you do. Point being, like the age old addage goes, “If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself”. A reminder to us all to continue to tighten up operations, ensuring that the business plan is executed. No one is going to do it for you.
