Hey guys! Just wanted to say we just hit 50 members. This is only the beginning. Super pumped to be on this journey with all of you. Thanks for being here. What is a win you can share? For me, it's that I have consistently lifted long enough to really know my way around the gym. Might sound like a small thing, but I go in there with a plan, I know what I'm doing, and I get it done. It didn't used to be that way. I'd love to hear your wins!

Down 60+ pounds. Ramping up the weights using kettlebells.
Good Weight lifting tips
So I’ve never been a gym rat by any stretch lol. So I don’t know a lot about how to lift weights well. Do any of you have any apps or anything that could help me succeed? I don’t have a ton of money to throw at it but I would like any info you might have.

I use kettlebells and the KBMH app. I have 4 adjustable dumbbells so have pretty good range of weights on them and then do rowing, my peloton, and walking. I’m based in India so had to get creative as no gyms near me unfortunately. Just ordered a bench and bowflex adjustable dumbbells.
