Your time is the one thing that you don't have an abundance of. No matter how much you have or who you are you can't have more than 24 hours in a day. So now we know that we can't have more time on a day the next best thing to do is to ensure that we make the most use of the time we do have. We can do this by ensuring that we manage our time and know our priorities,this will help us know what to spend our time on. A quote from Stephen R Covey is that "the key is not to prioritize what's on your schedule it's to schedule your priorities" . This means it's not about filling up your calendar and having a lot of things in it,but to ensure that what is on your schedule will move you forward,help you grow and benefit you. We shouldn't spend our time on things that are not important and good for our growth. Let's learn to spend our time on things that are important to us and help us grow(whatever that is for you).
