It is finally here, exciting 🎉
7 Day Energy Boost. Ok ladies, something exciting has just landed and I am genuinely thrilled about this one! 🎉 (I am jumping up and down hahaaa) I have created a simple interactive app that lives right here inside our community and I think it is going to help so many of you. The whole idea is one focus. Eating a good breakfast. That is it. Because I have seen over and over again that when we get that one thing right, the rest of the day starts to shift too. Energy, cravings, mood, all of it. I see you women, I hear you women and I know you want change but it has to start simple. Perfect, this is exactly what you are getting :) Inside the app I will walk you through it all. A little insight each day, recipes you will actually want to eat, and a progress bar that makes you want to keep going. Trust me, Day 7 feels really good. 😄 If you are brand new here, perfect timing, jump straight in. If you have been with me for a while, well, we all know how life can creep in and knock us off track a little. 💛 Seven days. One focus. Let's go. Who is in? Start the 7 Day Energy Boost here Keep the sunshine in your pocket! Kelli 💛

11-17/05: Hair Loss
Hair loss can show up at any stage in your life, sometimes quietly at first, sometimes suddenly. For many women, it brings a mix of frustration, confusion, and that underlying worry of “what is actually going on here, Am I going to lose it all?”. And the harder you try to fix it, the more overwhelming it can start to feel. Luckily for many women it is more simple than we think but at times it can be a combination of lifestyle, nutritional gaps, and a few key areas that are often missed or not addressed in the right order. In this week’s focus inside the hub, I’ve broken it down in a simple, practical way so you can start to understand what matters first, what to look at next, and how to stop guessing. Premium members, click on each file to get access: - PDF Reference Guide - A simple breakdown of the most common reasons behind hair loss, plus a clear list of foods to focus on more often. This helps you understand the “why” and what to prioritise nutritionally without overcomplicating it. - Video Training - A step by step walkthrough covering the foundational approach first, and then what to consider if those basics are not quite shifting things. This is where you get clarity on the next layer of support. - Meal Plan - A structured way to make sure key nutrients like protein, zinc, iron, minerals, and antioxidants are consistently covered through food. Includes practical meal ideas plus simple nutrient boosting add-ins you can use daily. If you are not a premium member yet and want full access to these resources plus everything else inside the hub, you can upgrade anytime and get immediate access to the full library. I am thankful hair loss is not something I have yet to experience. It is alwags good go know what to do to help address it
@Naturopathic coach Kelli I have a lot of hair so maybe I do have hair loss and just don't notice it 🤣
Weird and cool trick to try!
A tiny pinch of Himalayan or Celtic sea salt in something sweet like hot chocolate, chai, turmeric latte or desserts can completely change the flavour. It doesn’t make it salty, it actually brings out the sweetness so you often need less sugar and feel more satisfied.

Oh this is interesting. I will need to try it. I am trying to get off coffee. I love herbal teas and a hot chocolate now and then
Little mindset prompt 😏
I would like to share some thoughts or perhaps I should say patterns I see. It’s easy to keep waiting for the “right moment”… isn’t it? More time. More energy. Less stress. A calmer week. A fresh start. And somehow, it never quite feels like the perfect time to begin. I believe life is not meant I be perfect, that's the whole point we are here, to learn. But what I see again and again is this: It doesn’t actually take a perfect moment to start feeling healthier. It just takes one small step. Then another and another. The women who start to feel a shift in their health aren’t doing anything extreme or rushed. They’re just keeping things simple enough to continue. Not perfection. Not pressure. Not doing everything at once. Allowing mistakes. Learning. Just steady, simple choices over time. I can be quilty in this, I get overly excited and then overwhelm myself with info, to do list or pushing myself. Does this sound familiar and how do you shift that mindset even a tiny little bit ?

I catch myself waiting all the time for the right moment. And I can recognize that I should not be doing that and still feel like to can't get myself unstuck. For me, it is learning to do one small thing at a time and using alarms to help break up my time. When I get really deep into feeling stuck, I start setting 15 minute alarms and use that all day - once I feel like I have moved out of that state, I stop using the alarms as much and bring them back out when I need to.
If you joined this community from my Facebook ad and only popped in once… this is for you.
You joined for a reason. Maybe it was: - Weight gain that won’t budge - Inflammation - pain in joints, back etc - Bloating. - Tiredness - Brain fog - Hormonal or thyroid issues - Issues with liver - Autoimmune struggles - Insomnia Or maybe you simply wanted to learn the best way to eat for your health and age. And the beautiful thing is… these are exactly the kinds of things anti-inflammatory eating and clean, nutrient-dense food can support. Then life happened. Maybe you meant to come back “when things calm down.” Maybe you forgot. Maybe you had trouble getting into the hub (if that's you just check for instructions at the bottom). 🫶 One important mindset shift… Don’t let this become something you almost did for your health. And please don’t believe the common myth that real change starts when you finally feel motivated enough. IT DOESN'T Real change starts with one small step before you feel ready. And then another. That’s consistency. You do not need to figure everything out at once. In fact, I don’t want you focused on the big picture right now. One of the biggest mistakes people make is imagining getting healthy means changing everything overnight…giving up all the foods they love, …becoming some kind of “health freak”…and doing it all perfectly - stress, stress, stress. No. That thinking overwhelms people before they begin. The best results I see are with women who take it one day at a time, one step at a time. Simple shifts. Repeated. That’s where momentum comes from. So just come back in… and take one step. That’s enough to begin. CLICK HERE and do only one thing today. Check out the STEP 1. Thats it. Then you sit down and tell yourself that this is enough for today :) If you’ve found your way back, comment I’m here below 👇

@Naturopathic coach Kelli You are right, we aren't there for the instant dopamine hit - so much in our lives is instant gratification that we forget to enjoy the process. Gardening is something that I put off for a long time because I wanted to have it all done at once. Now it is an ongoing process of planting seeds, transplanting, growing and harvesting. Nothing happens all at once, and I learnt to be okay with that.

@Naturopathic coach Kelli Yes - old me would have gone all in and then got burnt out from it within a week or so. Now it is more sustainable.
