Recipe. Home made fluffy marshmallows
3 Ingredients. So I had to try this and it works ! Home made healthy marshmallows. Adults, kids, everyone will like this. You need : 600 gr apples 100ml water 3 tbsp of strawberry puree 50g of gelatine powder Peel and cube the apples, cook in 100 ml of water on medium high heat under the lid. Make sure apples are super soft. Add the strawberry puree ( I used stick blender to puree 5 strawberries). Sprinkle gelatine into the hot mix. Whisk on a high speed for 10-15 min until the mix turns into hard fluff. Pour into desired dish and place in the fridge for 1-2 h. Cut into shape and size that feels fun 😊 Eat. And repeat.

Liver Health Module is Live. I break this down in a way you haven't heard before.
Most women think about their heart, their hormones, their gut. The liver rarely comes up unless something has already gone wrong or a doctor has called them. And yet your liver is quietly running the show every single day. Processing your hormones, managing your cholesterol, handling your weight, filtering everything that shouldn't be there, keeping your energy, skin, mood and digestion functioning the way they should. After 40 though, things shift. The liver that sailed through your thirties may now be quietly struggling in ways you haven't connected yet. Believe me when I say this, a struggling liver shows up as: - Brain fog that wasn't there a few years ago - Tiredness that sleep doesn't fix - Headaches and migraines that come from nowhere - Feeling more emotional or reactive than usual - Digestion that's just a bit off - Weight around the middle that won't budge - Skin that's lost its glow - Waking between 1am and 3am for no obvious reason Often there is a very specific reason behind these things and the liver is right at the centre of it. This module is for you if you are dealing with: - Elevated cholesterol or fatty liver - Hormonal imbalances or blood sugar issues - Digestive sluggishness or unexplained weight gain - Skin conditions or chronic fatigue nobody has properly explained And equally for you if none of those apply but you simply want to support yourself in the best possible way. A well supported liver means better energy, clearer thinking, more stable hormones, easier weight management and a body that genuinely feels good to live in. My goal is simple. Help you understand what is actually going on in your body, in plain language, so things start making sense and you don't feel lost anymore. LIVER HEALTH module works however you need it to. 1. Start with the simple one page plan and that is honestly enough. 2. When you are ready, explore the foods, spices and teas that support your liver most. Watch videos or print out the guides, all yours to dive into at your own pace. 3. And if you like to geek out a bit more, there is optional deeper reading on specific topics like cholesterol, hormones, blood pressure, lifestyle and more.

@Jo Cahill thanks Jo, I do want women to U derstand their health and their body so they don't have to feel scared, frustrated, lost etc etc. That's the whole point of my community, to connect the dots, understand only what relevant and move into action in pace that feels good :)
@Jo Cahill I completely understand, and I actually feel this is one of the biggest challenges for so many mums and why the end up not feeling the best about their own health. The good news is that not everything in the liver module has to involve changing the whole family's dinners. It is usually just the dinners that are the most family involved but that's just small part of it. There are lots of things you can do just for yourself, such as: • Making sure you're drinking enough water. • Choosing a herbal tea that supports liver health. • Having your own nourishing snacks on hand. • Looking at alcohol intake if that's relevant. • Adding a few simple habits that don't affect anyone else's meals. And of course the whole mindset is huge - I am allowed to take care of myself too. When it comes to food, all of my recipes are dairy-free and gluten-free, so they already suit many food sensitivities. Many mums also have a couple of quick, high-protein breakfasts or lunches that they prep just for themselves, without changing what everyone else is eating. Over time, many families do end up discovering new recipes that everyone enjoys, but there's no pressure for everything to change overnight. I always feel for women who spend years putting themselves last. As mums, it's so easy to think, "I'll look after myself when the kids are older." But I would hate for anyone to wait another 10 years before they start supporting their own health, because by then the body has often developed even more imbalances. So rather than trying to change everything, I'd encourage you to gently ask yourself, "What is one small thing I can introduce just for me?" Those little shifts really do add up, and you deserve to be supported too. PS. You can let me know in DM if there are any particular food sensitivities, I might have some swap ideas. If it helps.
Traditional Sauna vs Infrared. Here's My Honest Take.
I am writing the "Liver Health" module, the topic is sauna and I wanted to share few thoughts on this. Let's go back in time :) Growing up, sauna was not a wellness tool. It was just life. Every single night without fail, we had a sauna, 100-120 C degrees! We sat, we sweated, we forgot about the day. We talked, we let the body relax and we wound down. That was how the day officially ended. And in winter, we would run from the steaming hot sauna straight to the frozen lake, jump through the hole cut in the ice, completely naked, then run back in. It was glorious and completely normal to us. That is where my relationship with sauna started. And it has never changed. I genuinely believe traditional sauna is one of the most powerful health and wellness tools available to us. The heat, the sweat, the cardiovascular response, the nervous system reset, the sleep that follows. There is nothing quite like it. And decades of serious research backs this up. Studies following thousands of people over 20 plus years show significant reductions in cardiovascular disease, dementia, respiratory conditions and overall mortality. This is not trend wellness. This is a thousands of years old practice with real evidence behind it. And then there is infrared....... I'll be honest. I can't get on board with it and here's why. Infrared feels to me like a modern, convenient, slightly sterile version of sauna that arrived with very big marketing claims and very little actual research to back them up. I am not convinced about the exposure to the frequencies either. The studies on traditional sauna have been building for decades. The infrared research is thin, recent, and in some areas raises more questions than it answers. My concerns around infrared come down to a few things. Near infrared has been linked to cataract development with repeated exposure, there are open questions around how it interacts with cells that already have some damage, and sitting centimetres away from heating panels multiple times a week for years raises EMF questions that nobody has properly answered yet. Not proven harmful, but not proven safe either and that gap is enough for me.
Traditional Sauna vs Infrared. Here's My Honest Take.
@Jo Cahill I do have to say that Estonia, like Finland has a strong sauna culture, it's not just for the sweat. Business negotiation, deep chats and sometimes even healing happened in saunas. Women used to give birth there. And the cold plunge, we had no choice, dad made us do it hahaa
@Michelle Lavin steam rooms are great, all natural, just humidity and if you are lucky, some essential oils. Perfect for detoxification. In regards to age , nope, there is no age limit, in fact older generation may see the benefits for their blood pressure and achy joints. They might have milder temperature and not the crazy 100+ C :)

@Belinda Hale Hi Belinda, very very warm welcome. Believe me, many women in this group feel exactly the same - everyone first and they always come last. Support For Your Nervous System.
Me and Liz Patti (Master EFT Practitioner) are planning to create something useful for your mindset. We know that the mental chatter can create obstacles in healing. We will put together something that is effortless, simple and usable every time you need to reset your mind. SO we need your little input. Have a browse over these questions and just answer what comes in mind (you don't have to answer all of them). Type the number and leave your comment. This is co-creation. I am very excited about this because I know how much we all need this :) 1. The Instant Reaction When you slip up on a habit or eat something outside of your "plan," what is the very first thought that pops into your head? (e.g., "I already blew it, might as well keep eating," "I have no willpower," "I have to start over Monday."-- Use your own words here and be as specific as you can. 2. The Body Check-In When you feel like you aren't doing your health routine "perfectly," where do you feel that stress or tightness in your body? (e.g., a knot in your stomach, a tight chest, heavy shoulders?) 3. The Main Emotion What is the biggest feeling that hits you in those moments? (e.g., Guilt, shame, frustration, or fear of losing control?- something else?) 4. The Critic's Favorite Phrase If your inner health critic had one favourite phrase it tells you when you aren't being perfect, what would it be?
