If we keep ignoring this, the message will become stronger, the little craving may turn into fully blown imbalance. @Jo Cahill yes the whole point is to create awareness that body is talking to us so if we have a craving we shouldn't be angry at the craving and we should ask ourselves "what is my body actually needing at the moment?"

Maybe it was: - Weight gain that won’t budge - Inflammation - pain in joints, back etc - Bloating. - Tiredness - Brain fog - Hormonal or thyroid issues - Issues with liver - Autoimmune struggles - Insomnia Or maybe you simply wanted to learn the best way to eat for your health and age. And the beautiful thing is… these are exactly the kinds of things anti-inflammatory eating and clean, nutrient-dense food can support. Then life happened. Maybe you meant to come back “when things calm down.” Maybe you forgot. Maybe you had trouble getting into the hub (if that's you just check for instructions at the bottom). 🫶 One important mindset shift… Don’t let this become something you almost did for your health. One of the biggest mistakes people make is imagining getting healthy means changing everything overnight…giving up all the foods they love, …becoming some kind of “health freak”…and doing it all perfectly - stress, stress, stress. No. That thinking overwhelms people before they begin. The best results I see are with women who take it one day at a time, one step at a time. Simple shifts. Repeated. @Jo Cahill don't worry about the chocolate biscuit, don't focus on saying no to something, this can create negative vibe against healthy eating.. You can just forget about the chocolate biscuit for a little bit and focus on adding something good into your diet because believe me, when your body has more nutrients in storage it will naturally crave less of the quick fixes. So you could focus on finding something new and trying things out and celebrating every little shift you have done 💪💪💪
