Hi everyone, I noticed that this month Vapi stopped working at some point because Twilio suspended my account twice. I realized that in addition to the cost on Vapi.ai, you also need to pay for Twilio’s usage-based charges for calls, according to their pay-as-you-go rates. I spent about $40 in 3 days on Twilio. Do you think this is normal, or is there something wrong going on? ( Im from Italy )

Yes, but the point of the matter isn’t that they suspended the account, but that I spent $40 in 2 days (the AI assistant made about 25 calls, each lasting 2 minutes). The screenshots clearly show how absurd it is that a 1-minute and 44-second call cost $0.88 cent

Considering this .. I think the service is unacceptable at these costs. I was testing for a company that wants to call 10k leads /month
