Make the bacon wrapped chicken and make some extra chicken with it. Use the leftover breast and bacon and convert into lean Caesar salad, so delicious, dressing is elite too!

Cheat Meal 🍔🍟🥤
Cheat meal went large last night. No pretending this is clean eating. 1380 calories of pure filth. **This is a reminder that meals like this are a terrible option day-to-day, but totally fine when limited and planned for in a structured eating plan.

Caffeine hack
Something I'm finding hard to do is reduce caffeine and try not to use coffee as a meal replacement Current hack: Using Lean Mocha Express smoothie from Recipe portal to get 30g protein and add coffee for my caffeine boost, so it's a win for getting coffee and protein in one hit 💪☕

Yes! This is a great idea, and exactly what this smoothie is made for. It's a win-win. Caffeine + protein boost all in one. Definitely don't want to be relying on caffeine to mask our hunger signals, as this can lead to problems like, under-eating, insufficient total protein intake, elevated cortisol just to name a few!
Nutrition logging macros on MFP
Hi Jess and Dan, NUTRITION question When using recipes from the nutrition portal and tracking macros on MY Fitness Pal, when the recipe say Satay Chicken says 448 cal total, is this just the chicken with sauce or is this the rice and say other veg included, or needs to be logged separately. Just trying to be as accurate as possible. Cailey

Hey Cailey, the calories and macros that are listed on the top of each recipe in the portal are total calories for all the ingredients listed in that recipe. So for the satay chicken, that includes the rice and veggies. Note: some recipes may have add-ons at the bottom of the recipe saying, "can be added with rice etc." Any add-on options are excluded from the main recipes calories and macros, and would need to be added by you manually.
