You decide
High spot, low spot or both? This is over a wood subfloor. Using only a 6-foot straight edge sometimes doesn’t tell the whole story. Clearly, it tells us something though.

Given it's placement near a load bearing wall in what appears to be the middle of the house it is probably not high, or low, but sloped all the way to exterior wall.
