Playground vs ChatGPT
Help me understand the difference between ChatGPT and the OpenAI playground? When should we use which 1??

Here's my understanding but a more complete explanation surely is the OpenAI Documentation. ChatGPT is an application based on the models created, either DaVinci, Curie, Babbage, Ada or Codex. In ChatGPT Plus you can select the version, either GPT 3, turbo 3.5 or 4. In Playground, beside all the functions that can be done in ChatGPT, you can also fine-tune the model and save it as your own model. And it comes with parameters options to maximize your expected result.

GPT-4 image recognition problem?
I have chatGPT Plus account and can select Model to GPT-4 but I could not replicate Jason’s try out of describing a picture from a URL. Where did I go wrong ?
