But... I know... This will stick in your BRAIN...like butts get stuck to vinyl seats in the summer... ONLY IF... ...we mix Rockstar creative juices ACTIVELY...not passively... So... I started out online as a BROKE AF affiliate for VMC Satellite (Dish Network)...back in the EARLY 2000s. VMC paid $100 or so per satellite installation. (Depending on sales volume.) In Arkansas... Satellite was a HOT OFFER in the 2000s because we are pretty rural and cable didn't run to a LOT of places. Now... Here's the FUN-work. If you were me... BROKE-ish And you didn't know about SEO or pay-per-click or any of that stuff...(it was the early 2000s) 👉What local distribution could you get control of? AND... 👉How would you get CONTROL of DISTRIBUTION so you could make $100 to $300 a day? Helpful Hints: 👉We didn't have affiliate links. These are especially useful for my guidebook producing endeavors. Part of my process to produce a guidebook is transcribing video and audio trainings from a partner’s course. Then I feed those docs into Claude ai projects. With some back and forth prompting, I can turn out chapters that read like they were written by a real person. These 2 methods won’t identify different speakers like Otter ai does. So just know that going in. But you won’t need that function for one-speaker vids anyway. You don’t really need them for multi-speaker vids either… at least I haven’t noticed a drop-off in Claude output quality using these transcriptions with unidentified multiple speakers. So anyway thought I’d share. I have the fantastic @Marcus Karl to thank for showing me this first one. If you have a Slack account, just upload the video file in a slack message and send to yourself. It automatically transcribes after a few minutes. Then click view the transcription and copy/paste into a doc or txt file. The other method is completely free with just a few more steps. Use a free CapCut account to upload your vid. Click the transcription button on the sidebar. Then select the auto-generate captions option. Once the captions complete, just click into the little caption icon where you can download them into a text file. Voila! Ready to upload to Claude. Have another method? Do share.

I’ve got 2 Deal Getter Emails/Posts that work for me nearly every time. One I use to see if there is any interest, but I don’t wanna be locked in to a commitment if there’s not enough folks to make it fun. I used it recently and got 100 responses (to about 400 people)- we did over $150k in deals so far. The other email I send when I am pretty sure there is interest… I sent one a couple months ago to a few hundred people who’d bought my course and got 50 responses and we did 6 licensing deals.
