I like the point about the goodness of Oly lifts being in the pursuit of efficiency vs perfection. Someone who isn’t proficient could easily spend 10min of every session playing around with oly variants/complexes for their warm-up and they’d probably get most of the "benefits" from a GPP perspective (and more of a training effect than typical warm-ups offer). Plus, they're fun AF.
