Hi all. Daniel here. I am a huge nerd and I love doing automation and building systems. I spend all of my time building something on n8n or a google cloud server, or traveling somewhere. My #1 career goal right now is go launch my faceless youtube channel accelerator business by helping creators supplement (or completely replace) their content with ai generated videos. I'm opening the doors to my first 5 clients by Feb 28. Nice to meet you all. Feel free to get in touch for work or just to chat! I love having chatting about nerdy sh*t.

@Muskan Ahlawat thanks for the welcome. and yes I am! stay tuned~
Just crossed 100 subscribers on my first fully automated YouTube channel!!!
I know I’ve mostly been a lurker here… reading posts, saving ideas, and getting inspired by everyone sharing what they’re building. I don’t comment often because I’m usually deep in build mode, but I genuinely appreciate the wins and lessons people post. It helps more than you probably realize. I use your wins as fuel for my motivational bonfire. That’s why I wanted to make this post and share one of my first big milestones. My channel is an instrumental music project (80s inspired Synthwave) I built using n8n and automation. I know 100 subscribers isn’t massive, but it’s proof to ME that what I’m building actually works and can solve real-world problems around consistency, scale, and time. My plan is to use this automated system to help content creators increase their reach and growth without burning themselves out. I’m still finalizing it for client use, but it already saves me hundreds of hours personally when creating YouTube content. It’s been a long and wild ride learning n8n and automation, but six months in, and I’m almost ready to start selling my first product using n8n, I’m SUPER excited!! I truly hope this helps inspire some of you. Don’t stop. Keep pushing, learning, and building! Massive THANK YOU to this community for the motivation and to Nate for all the amazing content. I swear I watched every one of your videos when I started digging into n8n back in June. Here's to 2026! Keep on keepin on~

@Muskan Ahlawat I built it in a few months. - brand new to n8n, docker, vps and linux and apis starting in June. I output my first few videos (2hr fully narrated with scan and pan documentary style still image ) after about 2 months. I've been perfecting it since. Now I'm porting it to a full GCS brain and brawn system instead of my fragile vps so it's client ready and scalable from day 1. Each full fun from telegram click "make video" until it's uploaded takes around 30 minutes right now for a 2 hour long music video. Most of the time is taken up by waiting for the music to render and a youtube upload.
Day 3 — Until my first paying client as an AI consultant
Yesterday I did my usual two daily chunks: promotion/marketing and system building. Trying to keep this rhythm consistent no matter what. I also spent time working on something deeper: my vision. I’m starting to realize that if you don’t have a crystal-clear objective, the universe simply can’t guide you. You don’t see the signs, you don’t recognize the opportunities, and you don’t know what path to follow. A clear vision makes everything else easier to filter. So that’s where I’m putting more attention: knowing exactly what I want, why I want it, and what I’m building toward. Question of the day: What are your personal goals with your AI business? What are you working toward? I appreciate everyone following this journey, and I’m grateful for your insights and experiences.

Hey man good on ya for that. And keep going. Can't stop. Won't stop. Figure out what you want and WHY. Maybe start by looking at what you DON'T want. That helped me.

@Mathieu Modesto n8n automation. Looking for work right now while building my own systems.
What if creating an e-book was as simple as typing one idea? 📚
Most creators and coaches never publish an e-book, not because they lack knowledge… but because the research, the structure, the writing, and the formatting take forever. Now imagine this workflow flipped. You give one idea. The system researches, organizes, drafts, formats, and produces a polished e-book in your voice and structure. Minutes, not weeks. Consistent, not chaotic. Repeatable, not overwhelming. I added a short overview below so you can see what I mean. Question: If you had a system like this, what would be the first e-book you’d create?

Yeah it's getting crazy easy these days, but honestly I feel this is a pretty basic workflow for creating AI content. I can crank out a full 2+ hours video explaining any topic , creating a story, music, etc fully mastered and youtube ready in the click of a button. I like where you are going with this, but I feel like it needs some extra ++++ to be worth some $$$$. Just my honest 2 cents. Hate me all you want. Not trying to be a d*ck, just my honest opinion.
Connect n8n from opt in to skool membership?
Is there a way when someone fills out an opt in form that it automagically enrolls them in a skool community?

@Rk Castillo Yeah you can do this. it's just takes a bit of time to set up. so probably don't expect someone to record a video doing that within a few hours. It's really just a few API calls and pushing some data around, but it doesn't set itself up and people are busy. Youtube probably has a video. Or hire a consultant.
