1k Month Challenge Day 4 (05/12/25)
Morning: I offered Fajr namaz at 6:00 AM. I went back to sleep at 7:00 AM and woke up again at 12:30 PM. After waking up, I prepared for Jumma namaz. I then prepared breakfast, ate at 2:30 PM, and made my bed. Afternoon: I missed Asar namaz today.From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, I focused on studying. Evening: I offered Maghrib namaz at 4:30 PM.After that, I watched a one-hour IDM recorded lecture on SMM.I also spent one hour working on improving my English speaking. I took a nap at 8:30 PM. Dinner was at 9:30 PM. Night:I offered Isha namaz at 10:00 PM From 10:30 PM, I saw Sir Haroon’s lecture on Mental Mastery. Overall, today was good. Alhamdulillah.
1k Month Challenge Day 3 (03/12/25)
I sleep at 02:00 am and woke up at 07:30 am and prepared break fast had breakfast 08:00 am and make my bed. First I was go university at 08:30 am All day classes with 2 hours break. At 05:30 pm come from university after eat some food and go for rest. At 08:00 pm take sir haroon lectures about mental mastery. At 09:00 pm do study for 2 hours. After I was consume 1 hour recording lecture from IDM about SMM. Today was hectic because of every wednesday all day university classes. Inshallah from tomorrow i will share my namaz journal.

A Simple Breathing Pause That Helps
Sometimes we forget how much the smallest habits can shape our mental well-being. One thing that’s really helped me is taking just five minutes during the day to pause and breathe. Whenever I start feeling overwhelmed, I step away from my screen, sit still for a moment, and focus on my breathing inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4. It’s such a simple routine, but it helps quiet my mind and makes it easier to focus afterward. We tend to look for big, dramatic fixes for stress, but tiny daily habits like this can make a real difference over time. I hope this helps you too. ❤️

I sleep at 04:00 am and woke up at 08:30 pm and prepared break fast had breakfast 09:00 pm and make my bed. First I was go to bank for my university fee. At 10:30 am I was started study. Today i was studied 3 hour. At 02:00 pm went to university. free at 06:30 pm. At 07:00 pm take walk and feel very fresh. At 08:00 pm do dinner After I was consume 1 hour recording lecture from IDM about SMM. Now I'm taking classes of Haroon Khalil. after this i will improve my english proficiency and this is my hole day activities. ٱلْـحَـمْـدُ لله today was good.

I sleep at 08:00 am and woke up at 01:00 pm and prepared break fast had breakfast 02:00 pm and make my bed. Today is Saturday so it's off from university I was studied 5 hours. At 07:00 pm went and take my fast walk and feel very fresh. At 08:00 pm do dinner After I was consume 2 hours recording lecture from IDM about SMM. From 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm I was work on my english proficiency. (learn from youtube) Now I'm taking classes of Haroon Khalil and this is my hole day activities. ٱلْـحَـمْـدُ لله today was good.
