Sometimes we forget how much the smallest habits can shape our mental well-being. One thing that’s really helped me is taking just five minutes during the day to pause and breathe. Whenever I start feeling overwhelmed, I step away from my screen, sit still for a moment, and focus on my breathing inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4.
