For me the hardest part is staying consistent and also fighting my thoughts. In 2020 I went on a health journey where I lost so much weight and was at my best health to date and then I got pregnant. In my mind I know I can do it but it feels impossible to get to that space again especially with the many hats I wear. As a result I often feel discouraged and stuck. Also I was dealing with a lower back injury this summer that set me back. It’s better now and I’m looking forward to being my best self.
