To the moms doing their best while exhausted… the moms rebuilding themselves after babies… the moms healing physically, mentally, emotionally… the moms who feel lost… the moms trying to become HER again… I see youuuu!! Motherhood will stretch you in ways nobody prepares you for. But it can also build the strongest, most unstoppable version of you if you let it. And I just want you to know: you are allowed to choose yourself too. you are allowed to want confidence again. you are allowed to want the flat stomach. The energy. The peace. The happiness. The better life. That does NOT make you selfish. It makes you a woman who refuses to disappear after becoming a mom. I’m proud of every single one of you for being here and pouring back into yourselves.
