@Jason Reed I completed a live blood certification last year where I studied blood under a microscope. During my training, we learned that different blood types may respond differently to certain foods — for example, type O tends to thrive on meat, type A can struggle more with red meat and cause inflammation and digestion issues, and type B is generally more flexible in between. With that, listening to your body is the ultimate truth of what makes you feels best.

@Jason Reed Justin is glad to be getting back into breathwork. StarZen is a work in progress. I am planting seeds with him. 😉 Started doing belly breathing with him last year. This new breathwork is next level and will be part of our morning rhythm before school starts. I truly believe it will be a game changer with focus in school amongst other benefits as well. And I will put something together in the next month to better support and explain the lymphatic drainage 😉😊

Stephen Covey nailed it in 7 Habits: There's a difference between what's urgent and what's important. Urgent screams at you. Important whispers. Training? Important. Not urgent. Eating right? Important. Not urgent. Breathwork? Important. Not urgent. Nobody's going to call you in a panic because you skipped your workout. But skip it enough and everything else starts breaking down. The fix isn't willpower. It's deciding in advance. When you plan your week before it starts, you protect what matters. When you wait and react? Urgent wins. Every time.
