Today’s property walkthrough was straight out of a nightmare 😷 I walk in — 3 full-grown pitbulls, newborn puppies, flies on the walls, tenants smoking indoors, and a smell that could knock you out cold. Then I hit the basement… bro, that’s when I almost lost it. The odor, the mice — everything screamed “GET OUT.” And here I am… wearing one of my favorite pairs of Jordans 😩 Yeah, not my brightest move. But I wasn’t thinking about sneakers — I was thinking mission first. This is what wholesaling really looks like. It’s not pretty, it’s not clean — but this is where the money is made and the deals are found. If you want success in this game, you’ve got to walk through what everyone else runs from. 💰 That’s how you win.

So today was day two and I got ahold of 3 sellers and left a bunch of VM's but i actually talked to 3 sellers when yesterday i only got one and i didnt get hung up on today at all ! I dont care i say thats progress ! LOL
