Hey everyone — Quick question… does anyone have updated bot goals or any workflows set up to stop the Conversation AI from spamming warm leads? I’m running into a big issue where I’ll get replies from my SMS campaign while I’m at work, and since I can’t respond right away, the AI just keeps firing off message after message. By the time I check back, the lead’s been spammed to death and ghosted me. I’ve already lost a few dozen warm leads this way, and it’s super frustrating.
