🔄Wednesday – Wins & Workarounds🔄
This is your midweek checkpoint. It’s not always about the big wins—sometimes it’s the tiny shift that made a table tip 25% instead of 15%. Or the mistake that taught you something valuable. Here’s mine for the week: Win: I introduced myself with high energy, asked for names, and celebrated “the beauty of life” with a couple who said they weren’t celebrating anything. By the end of dinner, they tipped 40% and said I made their whole night. Workaround: I had a 6-top that came in cold—barely eye contact, barely talking. I mirrored their tone (quiet, reserved), and it kept the vibe flat. Lesson: even cold tables need warm energy. It’s on me to set the tone. Your turn: Drop a quick win or a workaround you learned this week. • What went right? • What didn’t go as planned—but taught you something? Let’s build each other up.

⭐️Welcome to The Art of The Table⭐️
Hey crew, welcome to the group! This is your spot to learn and share real-world tips, tricks, and mindset shifts to maximize your tipswhile serving. Whether you’re slinging drinks, running tables, or managing a section, this group’s about working smarter, not harder and walking out with heavier pockets. I’ll kick things off here’s me: • I work at a rooftop bar in Hawai’i • Been serving for 3 years • Best tip I’ve ever made in one shift: $600 • My go-to strategy? Be genuinely excited to help people and give them the best experience possible, energy is contagious, and people tip for good vibes Now it’s your turn. Drop your intro in the comments: 1. Where do you work? (Type of establishment only) 2. How long have you been in the game? 3. Best tip you’ve ever made? 4. One tip or trick that works for you? Universal rules: • No negativity, no complaining • Share value, ask questions, and don’t gatekeep • We’re here to grow, help each other, and make more money doing what we do Let’s get it. — Damien
