Hey guys my name is Aaron, i started my agency journey in last July and bought many courses, mentorships, tried out a few niches and finally started signing clients after a lot of ups and downs, the thing from what i saw the most benefits was connecting with people on the same journey. So i love to help out guys who were in the same spot then i was a few months ago, or connect with other established owners who are already crushing it like I do to exchange some knowledge and experiences! I often struggle with complacency and getting comfortable, so when I asked my mentor how to fix it he told me about Amazon's "Day 1 culture." (Picture attached) The idea is basically that you treat every day as day 1 of your business. So no matter what happened yesterday, or what's going to happen tomorrow, you treat every day like you're just starting your business and keep that momentum. I'm starting to implement this mindset to see how it helps.

When business starts to pick up it is important to stay on top of the high priority tasks. I've especially noticed the need for a good schedule becomes so important once you start getting to the 5k/month region. And it's not enough to schedule everything you need to do, you have to rank them by importance because it will get a stage where are just not enough hours in the day!
