Hey everyone! 👋 I’m preparing to take my listing test soon and I’m excited for it. I wanted to jump in here and see if anyone in the community has any nuggets of wisdom, study tips, or advice from when you went through it. If you never had to take a test what do you focus on when going on an appointment?

Had 3 deals go firm ( 2 listings & 1 buyer) 1 accepted offer for a buyer 2 accepted offers for 2 sellers 2 listing appointments 1 signed 3 buyer appointments It has been busy and I am now starting to leverage more tasks to my VA however I’m feeling the pressure and slipping on my prospecting and follow ups.

Recieved 2 offers, one on a property that has been sitting for months and a new listing which makes 3 accepted offers in one week. Wrote one offer as well however the buyer is retracting as the strata is in bad shape and we are writing on another property. Set up 3 listing appointments for next week as well. Also met with an agent who is going to join my new team.
