If you never had to take a test what do you focus on when going on an appointment?

Commercial offer got accepted!

Today I got the opportunity to write up an offer for a commercial listing!

I was able to book my first listing appointment today. Technically I’m not able to work it, but I am able to bring a listing agent in to help with that process and I can be there to gain experience with the process. That’s a win in my book!
