What is AIOS Specifically?
I've been seeing "AIOS" and the stories of people selling hundreds of thousands of $$ of the systems for quite a while now. Does anybody have a demo or a link to some documentation for an actual live AIOS system I can see? Can I get an example of some of the most common workflows you guys are creating within these systems? I'm just trying to wrap my head around the specifics before I go all in.

@Chase Aldridge you got me excited I thought that was a link to the project 🤣 nope. Do you have a link to what you are talking about so I can check it out? Maybe a diagram or a flowchart? Hell I'd read through a GitHub repo at this point. I have dozens of 'systems' and hundreds of 'workflows' but I still can't quite wrap my head around what an AIOS actually *looks* like or how it could be so valuable to a business if there's nothing for them to interact with 🤷 I figure the concept has to be similar to what I've been drifting towards with my builds. If there's no UI and nothing to show how do businesses interact with these operating systems. Is an AIOS chat bot based? Like a Linux system with no GUI? What would the legitimate difference between airtable agents and api calls doing the work vs a bunch of harnesses? Or is a harness just an API/MCP connection? Do you build anything thats used by businesses or is it more just playing with the technology? I'd really love to see these use cases and see what kind of solutions are pulling in such large sums. I'm sure I'm coming off like a dick but I have so many questions and I still haven't seen a link to a single project except for my new friend Amro 😅 I do appreciate you taking the getting back to me. I'll take a deeper look at your project this evening and do more research on the harness concept and maybe circle back.

@Chase Aldridge 😂 you send a shot at my successful airtable (+ Adwords, WP, Gravity, OpenAi, Make.com, N8N, HITL, another WP, WooCommere, Stripe) system I built 5 years ago that generated - and I have receipts - $200M in verified loan requests and this is the one and only shred of evidence of anthing that you have ever built anywhere online: "A financial firm was spending 60-90 minutes daily manually transferring client meeting notes between platforms. We created a system where notes automatically flow to the right places, with follow-up emails pre-drafted in their voice—saving 5+ hours weekly with improved consistency and accuracy. That's over 200 hours per year!" My friend, I came here to learn, collaborate, and make connections.. but this bait was just WAY to funny to pass up. 🤣🙃😂🤣 I wish you all the best, Mr. Ai Guru. @Liam Ottley if this dude is working for you fire him and put me in the game ⛹️
Question for the consultants in here. (Or anyone who can help)
Hey everyone, quick question to pick some of you guys brains. For those of you running an AI consulting/ Implementation or just Consulting offers, what niches or industries have you found the most success in? Do you specialize in a specific type of business or do you just go broad and market to anyone looking to implement AI? Trying to figure out if niching down is actually worth it or if going general works just as well. thank you

I've had luck with Non-profits. They have a ton of workflows that can be automated and tracked better like Grant processing, Scholarship programs, Volunteer programs, etc. I've found that using Ai to build the workflows and just peppering it in on the client side for summaries and things like that is a good introduction to get them to trust Ai. If you're just starting I'd focus on trying to find someone who is interested and will give you a shot regardless of the niche, then build and see if you can duplicate and refine that or move on to the next one.

Hey everyone, I'm going to be a little harsh. There are two types of people in this space right now. The watchers. And the operators. A week from now, some people will skim another post like this, watch another AI tutorial over lunch, and tell themselves they're "getting ready." They won't. 12 months from now, they'll still be sitting there wondering why they didn't get involved sooner. Then there's the other person. They've sent a few outreach messages. Started a few conversations. They know exactly what they can deliver to a client. And instead of watching it happen, they're the person making it happen. You may think I'm exaggerating. Well take a look at Oleg (screenshot attached). Oleg showed up to our last webinar, paid attention, took notes, and actually acted on what we showed. Within a week, he signed his first client. Since that event in April, he's now done over €16,000 in sales. Not because he was special. Not because he had a massive audience. He just stopped watching and started operating. We're 170 days into 2026. Do not spend the rest of this year watching other people build AI businesses while you tell yourself you're "almost ready." On June 23 at 7pm EDT, we're going live to show you exactly what you should be selling to companies right now. Screenshare and all. The offer. The positioning. The delivery. It costs you nothing to attend. But it could be the reason you open your laptop next week to a lead saying they want to work with you. Register for the event by clicking HERE I hope to see you there.

What did he sell?
Hiring: Looking for a great AI Voice prompter for Vapi outbound campaigns
My agency is onboarding a ton of new clients very soon and we’re expecting to grow even faster in the next coming weeks (we’re sending 6,000+ emails a day combined with AI Voice nurturing sequences). We’re looking for someone who is great at creating high-converting Voice AI agents on Vapi. In exchange, we’re happy to offer a revenue split for any clients we bring on. We’re solely doing outbound voice calls as appointment setters. The industries we’re working in are: - Solar - Insurance - Auto Dealerships We paused our client acquisition for the last 3 months so that we could focus on building our own custom-coded agency solution to serve all of our clients. Now that it’s done, we’re going to be scaling as fast as possible. For the partnership, we would handle all of the: - Lead Generation - Sales - Technical Aspects (Functions, Integrations, Agent Actions, etc.) And you would simply handle one thing: - Creating high-converting Vapi system prompts If this sounds like something you’d be interested, feel free to shoot me a DM.
