Cold email prospects telling them you already made them something valuable (in this case, an AI chatbot w/ voice features); make it very easy to say yes 2. Prospect replies positively (e.g. "sure, send it over") 3. I've jumped through all the hoops to receive a refund for my Air Agency License and have even gotten a written confirmation from the founders that it's legally due. My refund is due on August 14th and now they've simply stopped responding to me. Does any other Air Agency License holder have experience with this? Have I been scammed? Should I pursue legal action?
