If you had a client and they were set tasking each week that they agreed to at the end of the session, but they weren't following through and completing the tasks what would you do? How would you go about coaching them out of that repetitive behaviour that is playing out in other areas of their life as well? What questions would you ask or what strategies would you use to get them moving again?

Hello fellow coaches, out of the framework that Ed gave about the success of a business being dependent on the COACH, the MARKETER, the SALES PERSON and the OPERATOR a question comes to mi mind 🤔 What are in your experience the best softwares to master for each one and every four of them? As far as I know the coach needs to master Zoom and the algorithm of social media, the marketer needs to master something like Canva, the Sales Person something like Salesforce and the Operator Excel. What are your opinions on that?
